Cover Supervisor

Protocol Education are working with schools throughout the Swindon area and we’re searching for positive, proactive Cover Supervisors who can keep lessons running smoothly and pupils engaged when teachers are away.

There are both full and part time options available, so the role and work can fit around your current availabilty, ensuring you have a great work/life balance. 

You Will:



  • Work under the guidance of senior staff and follow set lesson plans


  • Supervise whole classes and keep pupils focused on learning


  • Maintain a calm, positive environment and good order in the classroom


  • Support the wider team in delivering a great school day, every day
