Represent the interests of Sentry in a variety of ways relating to subrogation, including analyzing, researching, and asserting coverage positions for claims associates and management.

As a Coverage Attorney, you will…

  • Utilize your experience, education, and skills to develop coverage/legal opinions and educate claims associates regarding coverage and litigation issues as requested.

  • Represent the interest of Sentry in subrogation related matters in a variety of ways, including analyzing, researching, and asserting positions for claims associates and management.

  • Strategize complex insurance issues in the area of subrogation. Conduct extensive and detailed research on how the laws and applicable states affect the development and interpretation of coverages and legal defenses.
