Job Description

This role focuses on the repair, maintenance, and improvement of COX equipment. Responsibilities include:

• Repair all assigned equipment, maintaining up-to-date documentation such as work instructions, maintenance plans, checksheets, and calibration records. Collaborate with team and supervisors to support all activities related to equipment objectives.
• Provide technical support to sustain efficient operations: monitor machine availability, PM & calibration hit rate, SPC monitoring, efficiency, productivity, yield, and quality.
• Initiate equipment improvements, modifications, and cost‑saving projects using credible data to reduce breakdowns and extend service life.
• Attend and present updates in weekly engineering or monthly communication meetings when required or in the absence of superior.
