The Certified Pre-Owned Instrument (CPO) business is a top choice for budget-conscious customers looking to purchase pre-owned analytical instrumentation from Agilent that meets the same high standards for quality and post-sale ownership protection as new Agilent instruments. As budgets decrease and demands for productivity increase, customers need reliable, high-quality equipment at affordable prices. Pre-owned analytical instruments are received from various sources and undergo cleaning, refurbishment, and testing according to Agilent standards and specifications in preparation for resale through Agilent's Certified Pre-Owned Instrument program. The CPO business is rapidly growing and highly visible, and it aims to expand its global reach by establishing a new refurbishment capability footprint in India. As a CPO Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for (not limited):
The Certified Pre-Owned Instrument (CPO) coordinator will own planning and coordinating India refurbishments, including when goods should be refurbished and where the refurbishments should take place. You will optimize the balance between customer delivery requirements, capacity, and available inventory.
This role will own Planning and Coordinating India Refurbishments to ensure CPO Instruments can meet and exceed our customer expectations. Responsible for physical and administrative tasks involved in shipping, receiving, storing and distributing materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Packing of instruments as well as prepares and maintains records of products shipped.
A large portion of this role is spent on SAP system(s) and reporting for processes such as inventory tracking, scheduling, and planning. Serves as a point of contact for customers and partners, both internal and external, for common questions in the area of expertise.
Qualifications
Requires some higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Typically at least 3-6 years of relevant experience for entry to this level.

This job has a full time weekly schedule.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
