As our Care Worker (known internally as reablement worker), you'll support older people aged 55+ with varying care and support needs to live independently in their own home with peace of mind. You'll make a big difference each day as you help our customers achieve their hopes and aspirations.

What you'll do

• Support our customers in their own apartment who have a range of support needs including frailty and dementia. 

• Help to regain or maintain independence and live well in their own home by carrying out every day daily living activities by themselves.
