**Responsibilities**
+ Operate the Manitowoc 888 crane safely and efficiently.
+ Swing steel up to the deck with precision.
+ Set concrete beams accurately and securely.
**Essential Skills**
+ 5+ years of overhead crane experience, specifically with the Manitowoc 888.
+ Experience working on construction sites.
+ Certification for operating the Manitowoc 888 crane.
**Work Environment**
The work environment requires a commitment to a 26-week opportunity, working 50 hours per week from Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 7 PM. This role may involve travel, and orientation is scheduled for Mondays.
