CAE Analyst – Crash Simulation (ANSA - PAM-CRASH / Ls Dyna , Meta Post )
Responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are seeking a CAE Analyst with strong hands-on experience in crash simulations using PAM-CRASH/Ls Dyna. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of various vehicle crash test scenarios including regulatory, NCAP, and OEM-specific load cases. The analyst will be responsible for model setup, execution, result analysis, and reporting for frontal, side, rear, pedestrian, and seat integrity crash tests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, run, and validate crash simulations using PAM-CRASH/Ls Dyna
- Apply appropriate material models, contacts, boundary conditions, and loadings for each crash event.
- Interpret and analyze crash test results (intrusion, acceleration, deformation, injury criteria, etc.).
- Deliver technical insights and recommendations to design and safety teams.
- Ensure model compliance with OEM guidelines, NCAP protocols, ...
