OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

• As Corporate Real Estate Lead (CRE) for India, you will report to the Associate Director of CRE Infrastructure and serve as the key architect of our workplace vision across the region. Youll lead both a central CRE team in Hyderabadtasked with supporting our global strategy.
• Your mission is to unify strategic ambition with flawless execution, ensuring every office delivers a seamless, inspiring environment that enables our people to do their best work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

• You will deliver CRE strategy for India aligned with our global Flutter Edge vision, embedding it into how our CRE teams operate and deliver services to our colleagues. On any given day, you might be aligning long-term roadmaps with senior stakeholders in London or New York, coaching your site leadership to elevate local performance, and diving into the details of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
