Job Description
I am seeking assistance in building a development finance model in Excel, with fully integrated and dynamic worksheets.
1. Cash Flow Sheet
I require a cash flow model where total development costs can be input (e.g., in Column A), and the model then automatically generates a phased cash flow based on a user-defined project duration. The cost profile should follow a standard industry S-curve distribution.
2. Development Appraisal Sheet
This should link directly to the cash flow sheet. The appraisal must allow inputs such as interest rates, lender fees, arrangement fees, and the amount of debt secured against the site (if applicable).
The sheet must dynamically correspond with the cash flow so that any changes to interest rates, fees, or funding assumptions are automatically reflected throughout the model.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Microsoft Excel, Financial Modeling, Financial Analysis, finaical presentation
