Job Title: Architectural Designer – 8-Unit Multi-Family ADU Expansion (2-Story)
Project Overview
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer or Architect to develop multiple 3 distinct floor plan options for a 2-story, 8-unit Attached ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit). This new structure will be attached to an existing 8-unit apartment complex.
SCALED SITE PLAN WILL BE PROVIDED UPON AWARDING PROJECT.
Planning Key Points:
- 5' setback from side property lines
- 0' setback from rear property line
- new structure will be built next to existing structure with no setback
- maximum square foot per unit 1200
- minimum square foot per unit 400
Floor Plan Iterations: CREATE 3 DISTINCT floor plan options (each unit should be a studio or 1 bedroom). You can incorporate a mix of 1 bedroom and studio units into your floor plan options.
Circulation & Integration: Design the connection point between the new and existing buildings
