Creative AI Strategist

We're looking for a Creative AI Strategist (mid or senior) to help our clients imagine, design, and accelerate their digital business in the AI age. In this role, you will shape digital business strategies, craft visionary CX-, service-, growth- and loyalty concepts, and turn ideas into tangible prototypes and solutions that guide clients toward action and impact.

What you'll do

• Deliver in high-impact client engagements from insight to concept and detailed execution, shaping AI-enabled customer experience-, CX-, loyalty-, and digital business strategies and solutions.

• Lead selected deliveries and client programs (depending on seniority).

• Create clear visualisations, narratives and prototypes that bring future experiences to life.
