Spencer’s Retail, part of the RP-Sanjiv Goenka (RPSG) Group, is a multi-format Indian retailer across fashion, home, electronics, and groceries. We are actively looking for an individual who can own retail campaigns end-to-end — from idea to execution — in a fast, offer-heavy, high-scale environment.


Key Responsibilities


As a Creative and Campaign Manager, you will lead the end-to-end planning and execution of sale, festive, and category-led retail campaigns, translating business objectives, offers, and promotions into impactful, customer-focused communication across all touchpoints.

● Conceptualise and execute sale, festive & category-led retail campaigns

● Create campaign ideas, names, KVs, copy and messaging hierarchy

● Turn offers, discounts & multi-SKU promotions into clear, bold communication

● Write copy for print, in-store, CRM, WhatsApp & OOH

● Design or strongly control KVs, print ads, in-store & digital creatives

● Work closely with VM, store ops & category teams


Experience/Skills Required

➢ Must have 8-12 years of experience

➢ Mandatory creative agency background

➢ Strong retail / FMCG / consumer brand exposure

➢ Sharp copy sense + strong visual judgment

➢ Hands-on with Photoshop / Illustrator (or similar)
