Job Description

You are the final visual quality gate for a high-volume creative program. You will review, refine, and approve a wide range of marketing and product-adjacent assets including paid ads, social posts, display banners, website hero sections, sales enablement, and other brand and campaign materials. You move fast, communicate clearly, and elevate the work through precise feedback that helps designers deliver world-class output. What you will do Review creative across multiple channels for craft, clarity, brand alignment, and performance readiness. Provide fast, direct, and actionable feedback. Live verbally when needed, with strong taste and clear rationale. Guide designers toward stronger layouts, typography, imagery, and hierarchy, ensuring consistency and polish.
