Psycho Scaling is seeking a Creative Associate (Performance & Ads) to support our performance marketing and creative teams. This role is ideal for someone who understands how ads work, has a strong sense of what creatives actually convert, and can communicate effectively with designers, media buyers, and clients.


As a Creative Associate, you will play a key role in shaping ad creatives for e-commerce and D2C brands. You’ll assist in creative strategy, guide execution, research trends, and ensure creative requests are clearly communicated and executed across teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct designers on what type of creatives to produce for specific products, campaigns, and brands.
  • Guide brands on creative requirements, formats, and styles needed for better ad performance.
  • Conduct creative and brand research to identify new trends, ad formats, hooks, and copy styles.
  • Assist media buyers by translating performance needs into clear creative briefs and requests.
  • Communicate with clients on creative-related feedback, requirements, and revisions.
  • Review creatives and provide feedback based on performance logic, not just aesthetics.
  • Support basic video editing tasks when required (minor edits, trims, formatting, versions).
  • Ensure creatives align with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and platform best practices.
Role Requirements
  • Basic understanding of Meta ads, ad formats, and key metrics (CTR, Hook Rate, Thumbstop, etc.).
  • Strong sense of creative judgment —understanding what makes ads clickable and engaging.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal) for client and internal coordination.
  • Ability to collaborate with designers, media buyers, and operations teams.
  • Interest in performance marketing, advertising, and creative strategy.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
Qualifications
  • 0–2 years of experience in a creative, marketing, or advertising-related role (agency experience is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads ecosystem.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Proactive mindset with an interest in ads, branding, and digital trends.
