Psycho Scaling is seeking a Creative Associate (Performance & Ads) to support our performance marketing and creative teams. This role is ideal for someone who understands how ads work, has a strong sense of what creatives actually convert, and can communicate effectively with designers, media buyers, and clients.
As a Creative Associate, you will play a key role in shaping ad creatives for e-commerce and D2 C brands. You’ll assist in creative strategy, guide execution, research trends, and ensure creative requests are clearly communicated and executed across teams.
Key Responsibilities Direct designers on what type of creatives to produce for specific products, campaigns, and brands.
Guide brands on creative requirements, formats, and styles needed for better ad performance.
Conduct creative and brand research to identify new trends, ad formats, hooks, and copy styles.
Assist media buyers by translating performance needs into clear creative briefs and requests.
Communicate with clients on creative-related feedback, requirements, and revisions.
Review creatives and provide feedback based on performance logic, not just aesthetics.
Support basic video editing tasks when required (minor edits, trims, formatting, versions).
Ensure creatives align with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and platform best practices.
Role Requirements Basic understanding of Meta ads, ad formats, and key metrics (CTR, Hook Rate, Thumbstop, etc.).
Strong sense of creative judgment —understanding what makes ads clickable and engaging.
Good communication skills (written and verbal) for client and internal coordination.
Ability to collaborate with designers, media buyers, and operations teams.
Interest in performance marketing, advertising, and creative strategy.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
Qualifications 0–2 years of experience in a creative, marketing, or advertising-related role (agency experience is a plus).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
Familiarity with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads ecosystem.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Proactive mindset with an interest in ads, branding, and digital trends.

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
