Creative Content & Design Intern

We’re looking for a spunky, ideas-first Design & Content Intern to join our Employer Branding & Internal Engagement COE. Someone who lives and breathes new-age content, can shoot, design, edit, and bring fresh, original ideas to the table.

What you’ll do:

• Create snackable, high-impact content (reels, stories, posters, videos, on-ground coverage)
• Shoot and edit quick-turn content on mobile + basic camera setups
• Design visual creatives for campaigns, events, and internal communication
• Use tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, CapCut, Premiere Pro to create polished outputs
• Help shape employee campaigns, events, and internal brand moments
• Bring daily ideas for how we show up as a cool, high-energy workplace brand

Who we’re looking for:

• Background from Mass Comm, NIFT, Design schools, or agency/marketing setups
• Strong visual sense + social-native mindset
• Hands-on with design & video tools
• High on initiative, fast learner, enterprising
• Comfortable both conceptualising and executing
• Obsessed with trends, storytelling, and creative experimentation
