Responsibilities
Content Ideation: Develop fresh, engaging, and platform-specific content ideas for TNT + clients and socials, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This involves brainstorming ideas for both video and static image content. Marketing ideation for TNT’s brand is required as well. From Ad scripts to VSLs.
Scriptwriting & Visual Concepts: Write and finalize scripts for all video content. For static images, you'll create clear visual concepts and creative briefs that guide the editing team.
Creative Team Management: You will be the point person for our in‑house team. This includes coordinating with our editors to ensure videos and images are edited to your specifications and collaborating with our social media manager to ensure a smooth hand‑off for daily posting.
Content Strategy: Stay current on social media trends and best practices. You will adapt your creative approach for each new client to align with their brand voice and business goals.
