Position: Creative Content Specialist Summary: We are looking for a Creative Content Specialist who can bring ideas to life through powerful visuals and engaging short-form content. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative eye, hands-on experience in photography and videography, and the ability to create high-impact content tailored for digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone who understands audience psychology, platform trends, and visual storytellingespecially in sectors like Agri, FMCG, or Real Estate . Key Responsibilities Capture high-quality product, farm, and real estate photography , including drone shots Create and edit weekly hook-based videos (1530 seconds) for reels, ads, and promotions Design 20+ creatives per month , including banners, carousels, and scheme creatives Optimize WhatsApp Status content and Instagram Stories for maximum engagement Develop compelling hook scripts focused on farmer/customer pain points Adapt content formats as per platform best practices (Instagram, WhatsApp, Ads) Who Can Apply Creative professionals with a passion for visual storytelling Candidates with experience in Agri / FMCG / Real Estate content Individuals who can handle both shooting and editing Self-driven creators who stay updated with social media trends Requirements Strong hands-on experience with DSLR & Drone Videography Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / CapCut Basic working knowledge of After Effects Advanced skills in Photoshop & Canva Pro Strong understanding of short-form video hooks and content psychology Ability to optimize content for different social media formats Portfolio is mandatory (Agri / FMCG / Real Estate samples preferred) Benefits Opportunity to work on high-impact, real-world projects Creative freedom to experiment with ideas and formats Growth-focused environment with exposure to branding & performance content Competitive compensation based on skills and experience Chance to build a strong personal and professional portfolio
