Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Performance Ad Creative Strategist who understands how to reverse-engineer winning ads.
Our company is preparing to launch paid ads (photo and video) across Meta. Several competitors in our market are currently performing very well, and we want to systematically analyze what works — and build better.
This is not just a design role.
This is a research-driven performance creative role.
What You'll Do
Phase 1 – Competitive Research
Analyze top-performing competitors in our niche
Identify patterns in hooks, angles, formats, pacing, visuals, structure
Break down why specific ads likely perform well
Deliver structured insights (not just screenshots)
Phase 2 – Creative Blueprint Development
Create structured creative lists based on findings:
Required visual formats (UGC, product demo, lifestyle, etc.)
Hook variations
Scene breakdowns
Shot lists
Messaging angles
Build clear creative briefs we can execute on
