Creative Design Lead (Social + UI/UX + AI)

Role Overview

The Creative Design Lead drives two tracks:

1. UI/UX + CRM design – systems and assets for web, apps, and omnichannel campaigns.

2. Social design – fast, AI-enabled creative for social platforms.

This is a hands-on player-coach role: design, mentor, and operationalize AI to deliver speed, consistency, and craft.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX & CRM

  • Lead visual design and interaction patterns for websites, apps, landing pages, and funnels.
  • Translate journeys into CRM-ready assets (email, push, WhatsApp, in-app) with accessibility and responsiveness in mind.
  • Build and maintain design systems, grids, tokens, and cross-channel style guides.
  • AI Workflows

  • Standardize AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, DALLΒ·E, Figma AI, Canva AI) for concepting, asset variants, and scaling.
  • Social

  • Design and ship daily/weekly content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts/Reels, and ads.
  • Build templates, motion snippets, and prompt libraries for scalable social output.
  • A/B test creatives with content/performance teams and optimize for engagement and conversions.
  • Must-Have Skills

  • Strong portfolio spanning social campaigns, UI/UX, and CRM assets.
  • Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; proficient in prototyping and asset delivery.
  • Hands-on with AI design tools for concepting and production (Midjourney, Veo/Runway, Firefly, Canva AI)
  • Motion/animation skills (After Effects, Premiere, Veo, Runway, Pika).
  • Solid command of typography, layout, color, motion, and interaction design; sensitivity to accessibility.
  • Understanding of CRM journeys, lifecycle stages, and omnichannel orchestration.
  • Player-coach mindset: balance execution, system design, and team mentoring.
  • Nice-to-Have

  • Basic HTML/CSS for email/web handoff; knowledge of responsive design and performance budgets.
  • Motion/animation (After Effects, Premiere, Runway, Pika) for reels, micro-interactions, and short edits.
