Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Creative Designer who can handle both graphic design and video editing. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Adobe tools, understand fashion aesthetics, and be comfortable using modern AI tools to enhance speed, creativity, and output quality.
This role is critical in shaping our brand’s visual identity across stores, digital platforms, ads, social media, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Visual Branding
• Create creatives for social media, ads, banners, posters, in-store branding, hoardings, and digital campaigns
• Maintain a consistent and premium brand look across all platforms
• Work closely with marketing and business teams on campaign concepts
Video & Motion Content
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for:
• Social media
• Ads
• Product launches
• Brand films
• Add transitions, music, text, and effects to create high-impact content
Fashion-Focused Creativity
• Design creatives aligned with fashion trends, seasonality, and consumer mood
• Work on lookbooks, collections, product launches, and festive campaigns
• Understand styling, colors, typography, and fashion aesthetics
AI & New-Age Tools
• Use AI tools for:
• Image generation
• Background editing
• Video enhancement
• Creative ideation
• Combine AI with manual design skills for faster and smarter output
Collaboration & Execution
• Work with marketing, retail, and e-commerce teams
• Deliver creatives within tight deadlines
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously

Required Skills
• 4–5 years of experience in creative design
• Prior experience in fashion / footwear / lifestyle brands
• Strong command of:
• Adobe Illustrator
• Photoshop
• Premiere Pro / After Effects (or similar video tools)
• Strong sense of:
• Color
• Typography
• Layout
• Visual storytelling
• Working knowledge of AI design tools
• Ability to think conceptually and execute practically
