Requirements


  • Graduate in visual communication/design/animation
  • Should have agency experience working with Photoshop CC, Illustrator CC, CorelDRAW, InDesign, and similar tools
  • Experience working with Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus
  • Must be well-organized and have the ability to handle several projects at the same time
  • Should be open to reworks and edits based on constructive feedback
  • Confidence to communicate ideas and sell them to peers
  • A strong understanding of design aesthetics and impeccable attention to detail
  • A flare for international trends in design and art



Responsibilities


  • Prepare design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic projects
  • Design and create enticing motion graphics videos (Product Videos, Marketing Videos, Demo Videos etc)
  • Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
  • Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics
  • Assist in designing and creating storyboards
  • Create visual executions which are exciting and aesthetically attractive
  • Understand brand continuity, brand guidelines and brand positioning
  • Contribute work to pitches
  • Work as part of a team with copywriters, illustrators, other designers and account managers
