Creative Designer

We are looking for a versatile Creative Designer/Video Editor to help launch the ad suite for Growth Accelerant, a business that builds automated growth engines for e-commerce brands. We are moving away from the traditional agency model and need high-impact, disruptive creatives that reflect that. This is a short-term project to produce our initial testing suite, with the opportunity for a long-term partnership as we scale our creative and website content.
What we need:
4-5 Meta Ad Variations: A mix of static banners and clean, professional animations (After Effects/Motion Graphics).
Template Customisation: You will be working with provided Envato Elements templates (links provided in the brief) to ensure a high-end, polished look.
Direct Response Focus: Understanding how to design for high CTR and lead generation.
Specific Deliverables:
High-impact static ads
15-30 second motion graphic ads using product catalog/tech visuals.
