Role Overview

We are looking for a strong mid-level Creative Designer to support creative execution across noon’s group brands, core platforms, and new launches. This role sits at the heart of brand execution — translating strategy, briefs, and creative direction into high-quality design across digital, physical, and experiential touchpoints.

You will work closely with the Creative Director and senior team members to deliver consistent, on-brand, and high-impact creative work in a fast-moving environment.


Key Responsibilities

Brand & Design Execution

  • Execute brand identities across platforms, including digital, app, physical, and on-ground assets.
  • Translate brand guidelines and creative direction into clear, well-crafted design outputs.
  • Support identity development work for new brands, sub-brands, and initiatives.
  • Ensure all work aligns with noon’s broader brand ecosystem while maintaining visual sharpness and clarity.

Campaigns & Marketing Assets

  • Design creative assets for campaigns, seasonal moments, launches, and always-on marketing.
  • Work across multiple formats: digital banners, OOH adaptations, app assets, social content, print, and BTL materials.
  • Support large campaigns while also handling tactical and BAU brand requests with speed and accuracy.

BTL & On-Ground Design

  • Design BTL assets such as signage, uniforms, kiosks, event branding, giveaways, and physical brand materials.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure designs translate well into physical production.
  • Adapt designs based on real-world constraints without compromising quality.

Workflow & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Creative Director to deliver briefs on time and at a high standard.
  • Manage multiple tasks and timelines efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Incorporate feedback quickly and accurately, maintaining attention to detail.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, marketing, ops, and business teams.

Experience & Skills

  • 5–7 years of experience in a creative design role (in-house, agency, or hybrid).
  • Strong foundation in brand design, visual systems, and campaign execution.
  • Experience working across digital, print, and physical formats.
  • UI design experience is a plus.
  • High attention to detail, strong layout skills, and good visual judgment.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Clear communicator and reliable team player with a strong sense of ownership.
