Creative Designer

Overview

Morph Digital is looking for a Creative Designer to work on websites, mobile apps and creative projects for both Morph Digital’s clients and our internal products. As we are a new team, the candidate should be able to work independently and collaborate directly with stakeholders/ clients. This position will be a hybrid role and may be required to attend meetings in-person depending on the needs of the project.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and software engineers.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, analytics and different stakeholders to translate requirements into business results.
• Illustrate design ideas using flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes.
• Data-driven design - plan and conduct user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping.
