Job Description
About the role :
Hands-on designer who loves turning ideas into clean, scroll-stopping visuals. Someone who’s quick to learn, sharp on their feet, and excited to work across formats - from static designs to short videos.
What you’ll do
- Design visuals for web, social media, ads, and internal decks
- Work on UI screens, banners, posts, and brand assets
- Translate rough ideas into polished designs—fast
- Occasionally support short-form video edits (reels, stories, basic motion)
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and content teams
Must-have skills
- Strong sense of visual design & rules (layout, spacing, typography, color)
- Good visual sense: layout, typography, color, hierarchy
- Attention to detail with speed (clean, not overworked)
- Understanding of brand consistency across platforms
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles (hierarchy, usability, responsiveness)
- Experience designing for web, mobile, and social formats
- Knowledge of exporting assets correctly for dev, ads, and social
Tools
- Figma – UI layouts, components, design systems
- Adobe Illustrator – vectors, icons, illustrations
- Adobe Photoshop – image editing, retouching, composites
- Canva – fast-turn marketing and social creatives
Bonus (add-on skills)
- Experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar)
- Ability to edit short-form videos (reels, stories, basic motion graphics)
