Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to elevate Renovation Factory’s visual identity across marketing, digital, and brand touchpoints. The role demands a strong aesthetic sense aligned with luxury, design-led spaces and the ability to translate brand vision into impactful visuals. 

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

Photo & Video Editing: Edit high-quality product, lifestyle, and promotional visuals that effectively communicate the brand story.

Marketing Creatives: Design premium print and digital marketing materials, including ads, brochures, and presentations aligned with the brand’s luxury aesthetic.

Social Media Creatives: Create engaging visual content for social platforms while collaborating with marketing teams on campaign execution and consistency.

Catalogs: Design seasonal catalogs with refined layouts, typography, and imagery that highlight the brand’s offerings and luxury positioning.

Website Creatives: Develop website visuals that enhance user experience and brand consistency, in collaboration with web development teams.

Emailers: Design high-impact email campaigns to drive engagement and conversions, supporting A/B testing and optimization.

  • Creative Quality:
  • Consistent delivery of high-quality designs aligned with brand guidelines and positively received by stakeholders.
  • Timeliness:
  • On-time completion of projects with efficient workload management and minimal revisions or delays.
  • Engagement Metrics:
  • Improvement in social media engagement and increased email open and click-through rates.
  • Sales Impact:
  • Contribution to lead generation and sales through effective marketing, catalog, and digital creatives, tracked via conversion metrics.
  • Portfolio Growth:
  • Continuous enhancement of a diverse design portfolio aligned with evolving brand aesthetics and market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign + working knowledge of Figma / Sketch
  • Photo/ Video editing skills (Adobe Lightroom); basic video editing (Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro)
  • Ability to conceptualize and create high-quality designs that reflect the luxury nature of the brand and have an eye for detail.
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury market trends and the ability to translate these insights into creative work.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines and prioritize work.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration.
  • Knowledge of social media content, digital marketing, best practices and tending contents.
