Job Description
Overview
We are looking for a Creative Developer to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.
Responsibilities
- Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
- Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript; at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift) to solve coding problems
- For each coding problem, you must be able to explain how your solution solves the problem
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
- Detail-oriented
- Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
- A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
