The Role I 

The Creative Director is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping, protecting, and elevating the brand across all channels. This role sets the creative vision and leads a multidisciplinary creative team to deliver cohesive, compelling, and commercially effective storytelling. 

Balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution, you will partner closely with the Head of Brand Strategy & Creative and collaborate across Marketing, E-commerce, Product, Retail, and Leadership. You will ensure that every campaign, asset, and customer interaction is unmistakably on brand, warm, confident, distinctive, and customer-first, while meeting the pace and performance demands of a high-growth ecommerce business. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Set and execute the overarching creative vision across all brand and customer touchpoints. 

  • Act as the guardian of brand identity, tone, and storytelling, ensuring consistency and considered evolution. 

  • Translate commercial and business objectives into strong creative strategies and outputs. 

  • Lead the development and execution of seasonal campaigns, launches, and weekly BAU creative. 

  • Oversee creative storytelling across photography, video, copy, digital, social, email, and print. 

  • Ensure creative work is customer-centric, emotionally resonant, and performance-driven. 

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, ecommerce, product, and retail to align creative output to business needs. 

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. 

  • Establish clear workflows and processes that enable agility without compromising quality. 

  • Balance long-term brand building with the fast-paced demands of ecommerce and weekly trade. 

  • Use performance insights, customer data, and market trends to continuously refine creative output. 

  • Act as a trusted creative voice across the organisation, advocating for both the customer and the brand. 

  • The Skillset I 

  • 10+ years’ experience in senior creative leadership roles. 

  • Background in Graphic Design and/or Art Direction, with strong hands-on capability. 

  • Advanced proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite; video editing tools advantageous. 

  • Proven experience within fashion and ecommerce environments. 

  • Strong on-set production experience across both BAU and campaign work. 

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing creative teams. 

  • Exceptional conceptual thinking, visual literacy, and storytelling capability. 

  • Commercially astute, with the ability to balance creativity and performance outcomes. 

  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, growth-oriented organisations. 

  • Confident communicator and collaborator with a pragmatic, hands-on leadership style.
