Develop and implement innovative creative strategies for marketing campaigns in the consumer industry.Oversee the end-to-end creative process, ensuring alignment with the brand's objectives and guidelines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute compelling marketing materials.Lead and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals.Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new ideas into creative projects.Ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets for various marketing channels.Manage budgets and resources for creative projects efficiently.Evaluate and refine creative outputs to achieve optimal resultsThe Successful Applicant
A successful Creative Head should have:
A degree in marketing, design, communication, or a related field.At least 10 years of experience and any experience in Qucik. E-COmmercie is a plus.Proven expertise in creative strategy and campaign development.Strong leadership and team management skills.Proficiency in design and editing tools.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
