Job Description
The Creative Director will be responsible for shaping and executing a cohesive, modern, and high-impact visual identity that distinguishes the company across all communications channels. This senior individual contributor role combines hands-on design with strategic leadership, driving creative direction across digital campaigns, social media, email, events, sales enablement, and the company website. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Creative Director will bring complex ideas to life through compelling visuals, maintain brand consistency, and integrate AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity, efficiency, and personalization at scale.
We’re Looking for Someone Who Has:
- 7–9 years of experience in visual, brand, or marketing design—ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
- A strong, modern portfolio that demonstrates versatility, taste, and impact across digital formats.
- Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; motion/animation experience is a plus.
- A strategic mindset and high standards for execution—you care as much about why something exists as how it looks.
- Experience owning and scaling visual identity systems.
- Comfort working cross-functionally and communicating clearly with stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to using AI to enhance creative output without sacrificing originality or quality.
- Strong curiosity and working knowledge of generative AI tools for image creation, layout, animation, and/or design automation (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Figma AI).
- The ability to balance speed with craft in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Fluency in English required.
