  • Strategic Vision & Leadership:
  • Working with Account and Production counterparts, define and champion the overarching creative vision and strategy for the luxury customer experience, aligning with brand objectives and business goals.
  • Lead the development of innovative CX concepts, from initial ideation to final implementation, across all channels.
