  • Monthly creative insights + iteration roadmap delivered on time
  • 30% of creative assets across accounts are hit ads
  • 1 new top-performing concept per client per quarter
  • Maintain ≥ 95% on-time delivery
  • Achieve ≥ 95% client satisfaction
  • Define creative strategy and testing framework for paid social campaigns across platforms (Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) to maximize ROI.
  • Lead a team of designers and copywriters; mentor, critique, and elevate the quality of creative output.
  • Collaborate with growth managers to ensure creative aligns with targeting, funnel stages, and measurement.
