- Monthly creative insights + iteration roadmap delivered on time
- 30% of creative assets across accounts are hit ads
- 1 new top-performing concept per client per quarter
- Maintain ≥ 95% on-time delivery
- Achieve ≥ 95% client satisfaction
- Define creative strategy and testing framework for paid social campaigns across platforms (Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) to maximize ROI.
- Lead a team of designers and copywriters; mentor, critique, and elevate the quality of creative output.
- Collaborate with growth managers to ensure creative aligns with targeting, funnel stages, and measurement.
