Job Description

1) Creative Direction & Brand Storytelling (Core Responsibility)

  • Define and drive creative direction, visual language, and brand storytelling
  • Translate marketing strategy into clear creative concepts and messaging
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity
  • Guide marketing messages to be on‑brand, audience‑relevant, and emotionally engaging
  • Own the “look & feel” of campaigns (not just design, but meaning)

2) Brand Governance & Creative Standards

  • Own and enforce brand guidelines (visuals, tone, messaging)
  • Ensure consistency across digital, offline, events, packaging, POSM, social media
  • Review and approve key creative outputs before release
  • Evolve brand standards as the business grows
