Job Description
1) Creative Direction & Brand Storytelling (Core Responsibility)
- Define and drive creative direction, visual language, and brand storytelling
- Translate marketing strategy into clear creative concepts and messaging
- Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity
- Guide marketing messages to be on‑brand, audience‑relevant, and emotionally engaging
- Own the “look & feel” of campaigns (not just design, but meaning)
2) Brand Governance & Creative Standards
- Own and enforce brand guidelines (visuals, tone, messaging)
- Ensure consistency across digital, offline, events, packaging, POSM, social media
- Review and approve key creative outputs before release
- Evolve brand standards as the business grows
