What You'll Do:

• Own creative vision and content strategy across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
• Develop and execute ad campaigns that drive engagement and conversions
• Lead creative concepting while maintaining brand identity
• Test, iterate, and optimize content based on performance data

What We're Looking For:

• Work experience in creative direction/content strategy for digital advertising
• Proven track record creating high-performing Meta ad campaigns
• D2C brand experience preferred
