To craft compelling creative and marketing content across various platforms, in line with our Brand identity and personality. This role will focus on developing and leading the creative development of the content as well as refining the written components that complement our visual assets, ensuring a cohesive and impactful message across all marketing channels.
Lead the creative/ multimedia function and work with the multimedia designer to create integrated marketing assets for web, digital advertising, email campaigns, events, social media, print collateral, and video projects.Develop engaging copy and narratives that align with and enhance multimedia content for marketing campaigns.Optimizing content creation standards and messaging consistency across different platforms.Provide creative input and written briefs (and copy) for video productions, including scripts for evergreen digital content.Craft compelling narratives and copy for executive presentations, working closely with the designer to ensure visual and textual elements are in harmony with each other.Lead in the use of Gen AI to reduce turnaround time and significantly increase the productivity of the function , ensuring the written content aligns with and enhances these visual innovationsEdit and refine content to maintain brand voice and style across all marketing materialsHands-on support of multimedia asset creation and delivery maybe needed in busy periods.Preferred skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
Experience with AI content generation tools (e.g., Jasper, Copy.ai, Higgsfield.AI etc).Strong understanding of UX writing principlesKnowledge of multimedia production workflowsFamiliarity with brand management systemsRegularly addresses complex creative challenges requiring original solutions (e.g., adapting brand voice for new markets)Solves varied problems including cross-platform consistency issues and AI integration barriersManages interdependent tasks like coordinating visual and textual elements across global campaignsOptimizing AI-generated content while maintaining brand authenticity
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related fieldMinimum 9+ years experience in creative content developmentCertification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics) preferred Proven portfolio of multimedia marketing projectsResponsibilities
Creative Leadership and Asset Development: This accountability involves taking overall responsibility for the creative and multimedia function, fostering collaboration with the multimedia designer, and spearheading the creation of integrated marketing assets.Copywriting and Narrative Development: The focus is on crafting compelling narratives and engaging copy that resonate with the target audience.
