A Production company is hiring for the profile of Creative Executive (Video & Design).
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 2-4 years
Job Summary
We are looking for a visual storyteller to own the creative output of our brand. Your primary focus is creation: shooting high-quality footage, editing engaging videos, and designing static assets. You will work in sync with our Social Media Manager— handling the strategy and distribution.
Note: While this is a creative role, you will be expected to have functional knowledge of social media publishing tools to ensure operations continue smoothly as and when required.
Core Roles & Responsibilities
A. Video Production
- Shooting: Execute indoor/outdoor shoots for our IPs. Handle camera setup (iphones/DSLR/Mirrorless), lighting (3-point setup), and audio (lapel/boom mics).
- Post-Production: Edit 15–60 second Reels/Shorts (fast-paced, retention-focused) and 1–5 minute YouTube videos.
- Technical Polish: Handle color grading, audio syncing/cleaning, motion graphics, and subtitles.
B. Graphic Design
- Asset Creation: Design high-CTR thumbnails for YouTube, aesthetic Instagram Stories, and Carousel posts.
- Ad Creatives: Create variations of static banners for performance marketing based on briefs from the Social Media Manager.
C. Operational Backup & Publishing
- Platform Proficiency: Must understand the technical backend of Instagram, YouTube Studio, and LinkedIn (e.g., how to upload, aspect ratios, tagging collaborators).
- Absence Cover: In the event of the Social Media Manager’s absence, you must be capable of:
- Uploading pre-approved content to the scheduler.
- Publishing Stories and checking for immediate upload errors.
- Writing basic, functional captions if and when required.
Skills & Tool Proficiency
- Video: Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve (Must have proficient knowledge of line up, basic effects, masking, keyframing, and basic sound).
- Design: Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator (High proficiency) and Canva (for speed).
- Socials: Functional knowledge of Meta Business Suite & YouTube Studio (Upload flow).
