About the job
We’re looking for a designer with taste, intent, and visual intelligence, someone who understands brand identity, internet aesthetics, and how design shapes perception. If you think in moodboards, grids, typography, layout, rhythm, and storytelling, this is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Create brand-aligned social media creatives, carousels, and campaign visuals
- Work on branding elements, visual language, direction, moodboards
- Maintain visual consistency, hierarchy, and creative storytelling
- Build design systems for brands across formats
- Collaborate closely with strategy, editing, and founder for high-quality output
- Execute revisions quickly and professionally
- Deliver premium-level work with attention to detail, scale, and composition
Who We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years of design experience (agency/startup preferred)
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, color theory
- Ability to translate references into brand-specific direction
- Good taste in internet-led aesthetics (modern, premium, Gen-Z friendly)
- Fast execution + ability to handle feedback without defensiveness
- Portfolio that shows clarity, structure, direction, and aesthetic sense
- Must take ownership & accountability, not just “complete tasks”
Tools / Skills
- Adobe Illustrator (must)
- Adobe Photoshop (must)
- Adobe In Design
- Figma (plus)
- Basic motion knowledge = bonus
- Creative problem-solving, speed, and strong visual judgment
