Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the execution of creative strategies across all brand touchpoints.
  • Manage and mentor a diverse team of designers, copywriters, and multimedia professionals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and executive leadership to align creative vision with business objectives.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity and messaging across platforms.
  • Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior creative role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects and brand work.
