Creative Lead

Univrse is a Barcelona-based content creation VR studio developing premium multi-user immersive and interactive XR experiences. Our multidisciplinary and international team combines the physical, digital, and virtual worlds to create fascinating experiences. We love to open new paths to find unconventional solutions in the field of XR technologies.

We are now looking for a Creative Lead to own and drive the creative vision across a range of location-based VR (LBVR) projects. We specifically looking for someone who's coming from VR/XR, games industry (game/narrative design) or immersive media background.

What will you do? 

• Guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver immersive, high-quality experiences that are conceptually strong, emotionally impactful, and aligned with Univrse's creative standards.
• Set high bars for creative execution across design, art, sound, and interaction.
