Role Overview
As an Creative lead – Content Operations, you will support and execute content format experiments and IP launches that directly impact user engagement, session time, and repeat usage. You will work closely with creators, data, product, and growth teams to test new ideas, analyze performance, and scale formats that resonate with users.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on execution, storytelling, and experimentation, and wants to grow into a strategic content leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
Content IP Ideation & Execution
- Support the ideation, design, and launch of new content IPs and formats.
- Experiment with different tones, storytelling styles, and learning formats to improve engagement.
- Work on formats such as:
- Series-based learning
- Micro-courses & short-form learning
- Interactive Q&A and discussion-led content
- Own execution of assigned content pilots from concept to launch.
