Creative Lead, Brand & Design

Digital Creative Full Time Toronto, ON $46 - $54 CAD per hour

This role blends creative direction and hands-on design across digital, print, photography, and brand marketing. You’ll collaborate with marketing, ecommerce, and production to ensure Baskits’ visual presence remains premium, cohesive, and conversion-minded throughout the busy holiday season and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative vision across all brand touchpoints: web, email, social, print, packaging, and campaign materials
• Concept and execute seasonal and evergreen campaigns that capture the emotion and elegance of gifting
• Manage and mentor a small creative team of 3 (Creative Manager, Graphic Designer and Junior Designer) providing direction, feedback and support to ensure high quality output
