Role Overview :
We are seeking a Creative Lead who brings together strong conceptual thinking, hands-on design understanding, and a social-first marketing mindset. This role will lead creative strategy and execution across digital and social platforms, working closely with marketing, influencer, and performance teams to deliver high-impact, platform-native creative. The Creative Lead will also collaborate with media teams using Meta backend tools to ensure creatives are optimized for performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end creative ideation and execution across social, digital, influencer, and performance campaigns
- Drive a social-first creative approach, creating platform-native content for Instagram, Facebook, and emerging formats
- Translate brand and marketing briefs into compelling creative concepts aligned with audience insights and business goals
- Oversee and guide visual design, copy, motion, and video assets to ensure creative excellence and consistency
- Work closely with performance and media teams using Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite to align creatives with campaign objectives
- Review performance insights from Meta backend tools and collaborate on creative optimization and iterations
- Manage and mentor designers and creatives, providing clear direction, feedback, and creative leadership
- Ensure timely delivery of creative assets while maintaining quality across multiple projects
- Present creative ideas and rationale to internal stakeholders and clients
- Stay updated with social trends, platform updates, creative formats, and audience behavior
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in a creative, digital, or advertising agency or fast-paced brand environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, social-first campaigns, and visual storytelling
- Hands-on understanding of design and creative tools such as:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design)
- Figma and/or Sketch
- Motion or video tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro – good to have)
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and content ecosystems, especially Instagram and Meta platforms
- Experience collaborating with media teams using Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Creative Reporting tools
- Ability to balance creativity with performance, scalability, and timelines
- Strong communication, presentation, and team leadership skills
