Job Description

As the creative driving force behind the brand, the Creative Lead shapes the team’s vision, processes, and output to deliver impactful, on‑brand work across all touchpoints.

  • The Creative Lead oversees the Creative department by hiring, training, and mentoring staffs
  • Establish Creative department standards for production, productivity, quality of all the artwork / output material
  • Ensure team adheres to current processes, identifies opportunities for improvement, and proposes and creates processes and tools to support design operations
  • Collaborate with internal Marketing team in creating marketing plans and aligning team priorities with business objectives so that high‑quality artwork is delivered on time and on budget
