Role Overview: Creative Leader – AI Content & Video Production

We are looking for a Creative Projects Lead who can own AI-driven content projects end-to-end. This role sits at the intersection of creative direction, execution planning, AI understanding, and client communication. You will take a brand brief - sometimes detailed, sometimes high-level—and turn it into high-quality static and video creatives, working closely with junior creators and editors. You will be responsible for ensuring creative excellence, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction.

This is not a traditional project management role. It is a hands-on, execution-heavy leadership role for someone who understands how great content is actually made.
