Royal Albatross — Asia's most unique luxury tall ship experience — is looking for a Creative Manager to lead and elevate our brand's visual storytelling across all platforms. If you love branding, content, and creating unforgettable experiences, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction and visual identity of Royal Albatross across digital, print, and onboard experiences.
• Conceptualize and produce high‑quality designs for social media, digital ads, website content, emailers, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop short‑form videos (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) and support content shoots.
• Design creative assets for events, exhibitions, merchandise, and cruise experiences.
• Manage creative timelines, approvals, and quality control.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Events teams to execute campaigns.
• Guide junior designers and manage freelancers/creative partners when needed.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia or similar.
• 4–7 years experience in creative/design roles (agency or in‑house).
• Strong portfolio in branding, digital content, and social media creatives.
• Strong eye for luxury aesthetics, storytelling, and social trends.
• Skilled in short‑form video ideation and editing (preferred).

Experience:

• Adobe Creative Suite: 4 years (Required)
• Creative/Design: 4 years (Required)
• Content Creation (TikTok, IG, FB, Short Reels): 4 years (Required)
• Hospitality, lifestyle, tourism, luxury, events: 1 year (Preferred)
• Fast‑paced environment with tight timelines and campaigns: 1 year (Preferred)
