Department Summary:

The Disney+ Brand & Post-Theatrical Creative Marketing Operations team is responsible for operational and production support behind Disney+ Brand, Bundle, and Post-Theatrical creative development for AV and static campaigns. The team works closely with Creative Leads to ensure schedules, budgets, and guidelines are adhered to, backout schedules are created, and target delivery dates are met and works across the Disney Entertainment Studios and TV segments, with Studio and Streaming partners.

Position Summary:

This role provides coordinator support across AV and Static workflow with internal stakeholders. The position will keep work moving by tracking deliverables and timelines, ensuring assets are trafficked accurately and across multiple creative marketing campaigns, and handle billing and invoicing.
