In a creative school, students express themselves in many ways - through film, digital media, music, design, and sometimes through behaviour when emotions feel too big to manage.
Some young people walk into school carrying more than their equipment or ideas. They carry pressure, frustration, or experiences that don't always have an easy outlet. What can look like challenging behaviour is often a form of communication.
We're working with a forward-thinking secondary school in Islington who are looking for a full-time Behaviour Teaching Assistant with a Creative Media background.
