Role Overview
We are looking for a highly polished, future-oriented creative professional with 2+ years of experience, who can deeply internalize our vision and execute it with precision, consistency, and excellence. This role is not about routine design execution—it is about creative ownership, quality stewardship, and bringing our ideas to life through our lens.
This individual will act as a trusted creative head, ensuring every visual and content output—decks, narratives, social content, and flagship initiatives—meet an exceptionally high standard. The role requires someone who can think ahead, work fast without friction, and elevate how we ideate, present, and publish.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Quality & Visual Excellence
- Own the end-to-end quality of all decks, presentations, and visual assets.
- Ensure decks are cohesive, superior, and immaculate—both in narrative flow and design.
- Review and refine decks created by the marketing team, elevating structure, clarity, and visual sophistication.
- Establish and enforce a consistent visual and narrative language across all outputs.
Social & Content Management
- Own end-to-end publishing of content across social platforms.
- Manage social handles with a strong eye for aesthetics, clarity, and brand alignment.
- Ensure content is timely, polished, and aligned with the broader creative direction.
Creative Strategy & Future Thinking
- Bring fresh energy and futuristic thinking to how we ideate and execute.
- Proactively suggest new formats, tools, and creative approaches.
- Help the team work more creatively—not just faster.
Tools, Speed & Project Execution
- Leverage modern design tools, AI-driven platforms, and creative software to enable faster turnarounds and experimentation.
- Operate as a quick, agile fix—comfortable with unconventional timelines when required.
- Deliver work with minimal friction, high ownership, and strong reliability.
Required Skill Set
Core Skills
- Strong expertise in presentation design and visual storytelling.
- Proven ability to maintain high creative and quality standards across multiple assets.
- Deep understanding of brand consistency, narrative flow, and visual hierarchy.
- Hands-on experience managing social media content and publishing workflows.
Tools & Platforms
- Advanced proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint/Keynote, or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of AI-enabled creative tools (design, content, productivity).
- Comfort experimenting with new platforms, workflows, and formats.
Soft Skills & Mindset
- Extremely polished, detail-oriented, and quality-driven.
- High ownership with the ability to execute without resistance or constant direction.
- Comfortable working closely with senior leadership and translating vision into execution.
- Agile, dependable, and calm under tight timelines.
