Creative Performance Video Editor (US Health & Wellness E-commerce, WFH)

Salary: Php50,000 - Php70,000 package

Work Hours: 9pm-6am PH Time, Monday - Friday

What we are looking for

• 4+ years of professional video editing experience
• Strong experience editing short-form video for social media and digital advertising
• Proven understanding of performance-based creative, especially for paid ads
• Hands-on experience with split testing and knowledge of high-impact creative variables
• Ability to work independently, manage volume, and meet tight daily deadlines
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
• Background in direct-response marketing or UGC-style ads
• Experience scaling creatives across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta Ads
